Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of administrative charges.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund.
Substitute participants from the same organization may be accepted with prior written intimation.

Cancellation or Changes by Organizer

Bharat Exhibitions reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or programme if required.

In case the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions, Bharat Exhibitions will inform registered participants accordingly. Registration fees may be adjusted toward a rescheduled event or future event participation.

Non-Attendance

No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance by registered participants.
