All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment of applicable registration fees, where required, must be completed to confirm participation.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information while submitting registration forms or making payments. Bharat Exhibitions reserves the right to verify the information provided and to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.

Bharat Exhibitions reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, schedule, venue or related arrangements if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated as appropriate.

Bharat Exhibitions shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events, venue constraints, technical issues, travel disruptions or actions by third parties.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation by participants. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of administrative charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund. Substitute participants from the same organisation may be accepted with prior written intimation.

Cancellation or changes by the organiser. Bharat Exhibitions reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue or programme if required. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions, Bharat Exhibitions will inform registered participants accordingly. Registration fees may be adjusted toward a rescheduled event or future event participation.

Non-attendance. No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance by registered participants.
