Broadband Tech India 2010 offered insights into the very latest technologies & applications that are driving the communication market forward. It also provided a platform for evaluating the crucial factors necessary for converging communication and for accessing new innovative services and applications for enhanced revenue generation. Through local and international case studies, the conference explored the market potential and adoption rates for Broadband connectivity and looked towards the ever-expanding issues of content in the light of the current climate and strived to achieve balance between cost reduction and revenue creation.
Into its successful 6th year - 3G India 2010 offered a powerful forum to understand what services will provide the most value to the user and also the technical & policy issues that needed to be considered to ensure the success of the 3G strategies in India. It also addressed how will money be made out of delivering 3G services and how revenues generated should be shared between the various parties involved.
The conference offered vital information that addressed the adoption and deployment of energy efficient and eco-friendly telecom network infrastructure - with key focus on cost reductions, power saving, cooling and energy efficiency. The conference also featured eminent leaders from both Telecom & Renewable Energy communities with knowledge and experience in solving energy-related challenges for network operators.
WiMAX has an already established global ecosystem for device manufacture and support which services over 455 commercial WiMAX networks in 135 countries covering 430 million people. Further, with over 1,700 Global Spectrum Auctions in 140 Countries held since 2006 till date and expected 133 million customers worldwide (including 19 million in India) by 2012, there is significant commitment in the growing system to ensure that further economies of scale will benefit customers through declining prices and greater choice of devices.

The Workshop also delivered a much wider overview about standard issues, operators' requirement and deployment aspirations.
